| 1) Expenditure - Vendor master data

| 2) HR - Employee master data changes We have enabled the DDOs to do Employee Master Data Changes and LTA mapping from DDO request. For Employee Master Data Changes : DDO Request -> employee joining and relieve updation -> Employee Master data updation click here to Download User Manual Kindly note that changes can be done only for the Employee IDs which belongs to the login DDO Code and employee IDs which are available in Employee List tab only. |
| 3) HR - Death Case Issues For LTA mapping : DDO Request ->LTA mapping -> fill the details and submit click here to Download User Manual. Kindly note that the LTA mapping can be done only when Death action is done for the employee in CFMS system. Once changes submitted, it takes half an hour to update in the system. |
